Informazioni per chi invita/assume/collabora:
- È necessario che l’amministrazione venga informata con largo anticipo dell’arrivo di una nuova persona assunta al fine di provvedere a tutte le necessità pratiche: postazione, chiavi della stanza, eventuali chiavi dei servizi igienici, assegnazione della cassetta della posta e telefono. È obbligatorio censire tutte le persone invitate in dipartimento tramite uno degli applicativi.

Information for Inviting/Hiring/Collaborating:
- The administration must be informed well in advance of the arrival of a new employee to arrange all necessary practical matters: workstation, room keys, restroom keys, assignment of a mailbox, and telephone device. It is mandatory to register all invited individuals to the department using one of the applications.
